Fiduciary Services

When a loved one can no longer manage his or her finances and has no power of attorney, or when multiple family members are fighting to manage the incapacitated person’s funds, having a third-person Conservator may be the best option.

Similarly, if there is litigation in an estate or trust matter, a neutral or third-party fiduciary may be needed.

Thomas D. Kilpatrick frequently serves in the role of Conservator, Special Administrator, Personal Representative, and Trustee, in a temporary or permanent capacity.

Not having the overhead of a bank or trust company, Mr. Kilpatrick can often offer lower rates than larger professional fiduciaries.
